Our client has an excellent opportunity to join a dynamic team assisting customers around the globe. This team covers everything from pre and post-sales questions and issues to educating customers, finalizing equipment for delivery, and calibrating geospatial cameras. In your day-to-day business, you will provide support to customers over the phone, email, and in person for our aerial systems and drone payload clients in a rapidly growing business.

Other tasks will include system installation onsite with customers, conducting training both in person and remotely, and assisting in the calibration of aerial systems. We offer a flexible work environment and the opportunity to expand your role in any way that adds value. Travel will be both domestic and international.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Deliver technical support to our clients, addressing and resolving issues promptly.
  • Troubleshoot technical challenges and proactively identify effective solutions.
  • Collaborate with Project Management and Research & Development teams to communicate and address arising issues.
  • Conduct on-site installation of systems at customer locations.
  • Provide comprehensive product training to clients.
  • Assist in camera calibration processes.
  • Collaborate with the Sales team, contributing to both pre and post-sales activities.

Desired Skills (not exhaustive):

  • Educational background in Technical Photography, GIS, or Photogrammetry.
  • Proficiency in GIS data processing.
  • Knowledge of programming languages such as C++, C#, or Python.
  • Experience in aerial data acquisition or drone operation.
  • Familiarity with flight planning for aerial data acquisition.
  • Previous experience in technical support is highly advantageous.
  • Basic electronics repair skills.

  • Highly self-motivated individual with a hands-on approach to problem-solving.
  • Solution-oriented mindset, capable of thinking creatively to address challenges.
  • Effective communicator with strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Fluency in English is essential; proficiency in Spanish or Chinese is a plus but not mandatory.
